Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), andSolution-Focused Brief Therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to remain current with the latest research and best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families who may have limited access to mental health care. Clients may present with a range of issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship struggles and trauma. Your role will be crucial in not only addressing these challenges but also promoting resilience and connection within families and communities.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
