Business Development Manager

Valcore Construction is seeking an outgoing, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our network of trusted referral partners throughout Northern Colorado. This is not a high-pressure sales position. Instead, you'll focus on building and maintaining relationships with real estate professionals, attending networking events, conducting lunch-and-learn presentations, and becoming a trusted resource for agents and brokerages in our community. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, is comfortable speaking to groups, and takes initiative to create meaningful professional relationships. You'll spend your time connecting with real estate agents, educating them on topics related to home exteriors and construction, coordinating educational events, and representing the Valcore brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. This position requires someone who is organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing their schedule independently. You'll have the freedom to build relationships in your own way while helping Valcore become the preferred construction partner for real estate professionals throughout the region.
