CNC Machine Operator

Job Description

The CNC Machine Operator plays a crucial role in manufacturing by expertly operating lathes, milling machines, and multi-axis CNC machines to produce precision components. Working as a member of a cross-functional team on the day shift, this position requires adherence to safety standards and a commitment to quality. Responsibilities

Monitor CNC machine operation to ensure efficient production
Conduct quality inspections to maintain product standards
Perform routine maintenance and equipment cleaning
Calibrate tools and set up machines for production runs
Handle raw materials and finished products safely
Follow strict safety compliance guidelines
Document processes and production data accurately
Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in CNC machining
Valid driver’s license
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Understanding of machining mathematics
Skill in precision measurement techniques
Strong mechanical aptitude
Effective problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Good time management skills
Knowledge of safety procedures
