Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and evaluate clients' mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans that reflect their goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s care.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, fostering understanding and involvement in the therapeutic process.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols, ensuring compliance and ethical practice.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid active license as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Doctor of Psychology is mandatory.
