Job Title Executive Chef Annual Pay Rate $90000 - $95000 Location Hilton Fort Wayne, Indiana Job Type Full-time Position Overview The Hilton Fort Wayne at the Grand Wayne Convention Center, Northern Indiana’s Premier Convention Hotel, is currently seeking an Executive Chef to join our Team. The Hilton Fort Wayne is connected to the Grand Wayne Convention Center and partners with them as their exclusive caterer under a long term contract. The Executive Chef oversees and directs the operational management of the kitchen facility and culinary team members, ensuring success in our high volume banquet operation and all Food and Beverage Outlets, including our three-meal Features Bar and Restaurant. The Executive Chef is responsible for staffing, training and scheduling of all culinary personnel, food safety and sanitation controls, purchasing of all food and kitchen supplies, menu development, working closely with our catering sales team to engage with our banquet clients to customize their events and managing the operation within budgeted labor and food cost parameters.
