Learn more at: feldmarwatch.com About the Role We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Advisor to join our dynamic retail team. As the face of Feldmar, you will be responsible for building trusted client relationships, providing exceptional service, and driving sales through expert product knowledge and a personalized customer experience. You’ll play a key role in creating memorable in‑store experiences and maintaining the high standards Feldmar is known for. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships through genuine and personalized service Guide clients through the purchasing journey with expert knowledge of watch brands, models, and features Assist with inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and elevated client experience Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and stay informed on industry trends Identify opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling, and clienteling Accurately log interactions and transactions in the CRM system Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to continually improve performance Qualifications Proven experience in client relations, retail sales, or customer service Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) Demonstrated ability to provide tailored recommendations and resolve issues efficiently Passion for timepieces and interest in the watch industry is highly preferred Familiarity with CRM or POS systems is a plus Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn Must be able to work on‑site in Los Angeles, CA Required Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proven experience in client relations, retail sales, or customer service. Preferred Skills Passion for timepieces, familiarity with CRM or POS systems.
