Client Advisor - Topanga

Summary The Client Advisor delivers best-in-class client service on the sales floor, working to achieve individual sales goals and key performance indicators. They build lasting client relationships through product knowledge, storytelling, and mastery of selling ceremonies while supporting boutique operating processes. The role requires a client-focused approach across in-person, phone, and electronic channels. Responsibilities Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction. Provide best-in-class service to clients in person, by phone, and through electronic communication. Develop and maintain a local and international client book and recruit top clients. Demonstrate product expertise and engage clients through product details and stories. Support boutique operations, including merchandising, visual merchandising, floor moves, and housekeeping. Locate merchandise at other boutiques and accurately process charge-send sales per company guidelines. Participate in inventory and cycle counts and follow operating procedures to protect boutique assets. Assist with packing or wrapping customers' merchandise when necessary. Requirements Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment. Strong drive for business results, passion for fashion, and a client-focused mindset. Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through to develop and maintain client relationships. Ability to provide outstanding customer service across channels and complete business and client documentation accurately. Flexible to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Able to operate necessary equipment such as phone systems, cash register, sensor-tag remover, and computers. Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting/handling boxes of merchandise (at least 30 lbs). #J-18808-Ljbffr
