Work Environment\n

In this remote role, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while adhering to a Monday-to-Friday workweek from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the needs of each patient, ensuring the development of tailored treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, to effectively address mental health challenges.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups that foster community awareness and shared experiences among patients with similar mental health concerns.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare team members to create a holistic approach to patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention support to patients in need, ensuring timely and effective response during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources to empower them on their journey to recovery.

• Maintain accurate and secure electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with legal and ethical documentation standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through case consultations, team meetings, and training to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

• Keep abreast of the latest research in mental health treatment to incorporate innovative methods into practice, thus enhancing patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health therapist at Everside, you will provide services to a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with various mental health challenges. Your work will focus on fostering resilience and recovery by tailoring your therapeutic approaches to each patient’s specific needs, preferences, and cultural background.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) in the state of Washington.
\n
• Proficient understanding of mental health disorders along with evidence-based treatment modalities.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive mental health assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
\n
• Experience in providing therapy, both individual and group settings, to a diverse clientele.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Sound ethical judgment and adherence to professional boundaries.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant software applications.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, providing mental health therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
