Senior Account Executive

Our client is disrupting traditional MES suppliers! They're building a suite of factory automation products that outperform competing systems by addressing common operational inefficiencies in modern manufacturing, including human bottlenecks, visibility, traceability and AI-driven decision making. They're currently looking for a Senior Account Executive to oversee the following: Enterprise Deal Leadership: Own full lifecycle sales for high-value, multi-million-dollar deployments, driving multi-stakeholder engagements across technical, operational, and commercial evaluation tracks. Commercial & Technical Translation: Articulate sophisticated engineering architectures into clear strategic ROI for C-level executives, VP-level buyers, and engineering leadership. Complex Stakeholder Navigation: Successfully guide deals through intricate enterprise procurement environments, multi-month proof-of-concept validations, regulatory benchmarks, and compliance reviews. Strategic Account Mapping: Identify and cultivate technical champions, navigate cross-functional decision-making committees, and manage internal dynamics to accelerate consensus. Product & Market Alignment: Provide high-signal field intelligence directly to product and engineering leadership to help shape roadmap prioritization and preserve competitive differentiation. The successful Senior Account Executive will likely possess the following attributes: Experience: 8+ years of top-tier performance selling complex, technical B2B solutions. Direct exposure to DeepTech, Industrial IoT, Advanced Manufacturing, Aerospace/Defense, or Hardware-Enabled SaaS is strongly preferred. Technical Acumen: Ability to command credibility in detailed discussions with engineering directors and systems architects without requiring technical chaperoning. Pipeline Resilience: Demonstrated success orchestrating long, non-linear sales cycles involving significant CAPEX commitments, extended pilots, and formal procurement gates. Commercial Track Record: Consistent history of exceeding quotas and closing six- to seven-figure enterprise contracts in fast-scaling, high-accountability environments. Tooling Proficiency: Strong command of standard enterprise sales stacks (Salesforce, Gong, modern sequencing platforms). This organisation have been on an impressive growth trajectory over the past 7 years, utilising top tier engineering talent from the likes of SpaceX and NASA, to perfect their product.
