Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Billings, MT. The Customer Service Representative will greet customers, manage incoming phone calls and inquiries, and schedule repair appointments. This role includes providing updates on vehicle repair status, explaining services and processes, and coordinating with technicians and insurance representatives as needed. The individual will handle estimates and service documentation, process payments, and maintain accurate records in the customer management system. The Customer Service Representative will also help resolve issues, support a positive customer experience in the lobby and reception area, and uphold company policies and service standards. Qualifications Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to support customers throughout the repair process. Basic administrative and organizational skills, including scheduling, record keeping, and handling payment transactions. Ability to learn and use computer systems and software for customer management, documentation, and communication. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail when coordinating with technicians, insurance contacts, and vendors. Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in automotive, retail, or service environments. Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced setting and collaborating with a diverse team of professionals. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or coursework in customer service or office administration is a plus.
