Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medical assessments, taking comprehensive patient histories and performing physical examinations to identify acute or chronic health issues.
• Interpret and evaluate the results of diagnostic tests and lab findings, including x-rays and blood tests, to determine medical diagnoses.
• Develop collaborative treatment plans in conjunction with supervising physicians, ensuring alignment with established medical standards and guidelines.
• Manage the ongoing care of patients by scheduling follow-up appointments and monitoring treatment responses, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions within our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with legal standards and clinic policies.
• Supervise and mentor Medical Assistants as needed, fostering a strong team dynamic and adherence to best practices in patient care.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate referrals and facilitate comprehensive patient care across various specialties.
• Ensure confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations to protect patient privacy and medical records.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 140,000 to 180,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
