Do you have experience running a kitchen? We are looking for someone who is capable of managing a fast paced enviroment. Duties include, but are not limited to, food ordering, putting orders away, scheduling, making sure all food products are following FIFO, dated and rotated, able to cook on a grill, use a deep fryer, run a pizza table. Make sure all employees are following proper food protocols, kitchen is fully staffed, employees are staying buzy and kitchen, stock rooms, and equipment is being cleaned properly. Experience is a plus. Must complete Serv Safe Food Manager Certificate at our cost.
