Work Environment

The position is based onsite at our Santa Rosa rehabilitation facility, where you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to patient recovery and wellness. Our workplace is characterized by a collaborative spirit, shared knowledge, and an unwavering commitment to improving patient outcomes. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a work-life balance that is essential in the healthcare profession.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans that cater to their specific rehabilitation needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, neuromuscular re-education, and various modalities to facilitate optimum recovery.
• Educate patients on injury prevention strategies, proper posture, ergonomics, and self-management techniques to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed, while ensuring accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Collaborate with referring physicians, orthopedic surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to maintain an integrated and coherent approach to patient care.
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions to enhance treatment strategies based on mutual insights.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to physical therapist assistants (PTAs), aides, or students in need of support, fostering a culture of learning and development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is on outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation. You will work with a diverse patient demographic, including those recovering from sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is highly preferred.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is required.
• Strong manual therapy skills and practical experience in managing sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, or chronic pain conditions are favored.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $100,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience, in addition to a robust benefits package that includes:
