Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and assessments to ascertain client needs and inform treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies for individuals, couples, and families to address a wide range of psychological concerns.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based modalities and therapeutic techniques tailored to client goals.

• Assist clients in acquiring coping skills and developing problem-solving techniques, thereby empowering them to handle stress and emotional challenges more effectively.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive and integrated care for clients.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in continuous education and training to remain current with best practices, emerging research, and innovations in the field of marriage and family therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals and families.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients and collaboration with colleagues.

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and various telehealth platforms to deliver care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
