Customer Support Advisor

What your day will look like: Handle inbound calls/emails from customers addressing billing questions/concerns. Prepare and process cancellations, reinstatements, & non-renewals Administrative support for insurance operations. Ensure documentation accuracy for compliance, tracking & follow up.
