This role is ideal for an early-career professional who combines strong storytelling abilities with content creation, technical communication, and digital media skill

s.You will play a key role in translating complex innovation and AI initiatives into engaging, accessible content that informs, educates, and inspires employees. From creating videos and presentations to managing internal social media channels, you'll help drive awareness and adoption of AI capabilities throughout the organizatio

n.Responsibiliti

• esDevelop compelling content that communicates the goals, progress, and impact of innovation and AI initiative
• s.Create and edit videos, including scripting, filming, and on-camera participation when appropriat
• e.Design and maintain PowerPoint templates and presentation materials for leadership and project team
• s.Manage and grow internal social media channels focused on AI awareness, education, and engagemen
• t.Collaborate with innovation, technology, and business teams to gather information and tell impactful storie
• s.Translate technical concepts into clear, engaging content for non-technical audience
• s.Support AI enablement efforts through communications campaigns, educational content, and employee engagement initiative
• s.Create visual assets and graphics to support presentations, videos, and digital communication
• s.Identify creative ways to increase awareness and adoption of innovation programs across the organizatio

n.Qualifications Requir

• ed1–3 years of professional experience in communications, content creation, marketing, technical writing, digital media, AI-related communications, or a related fiel
