Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, enabling the development of customized treatment plans that promote healing and growth.

• Deliver personalized individual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities suited to each client's needs.

• Engage with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, continuously monitoring their progress and making adjustments in treatment strategies as necessary.

• Utilize secure teletherapy platforms to provide effective remote sessions for clients who prefer virtual therapy or face barriers to in-person appointments.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements, ensuring the integrity of client records.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and peer supervision, to enhance therapeutic skills and stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in California.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to clients' diverse experiences and challenges.

• Effective organizational and time-management skills are required for efficient caseload management and administrative responsibilities.
