Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges and identify their strengths and resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused treatment, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans, setting clear goals and appropriate interventions tailored to each client.

• Work collaboratively with a diverse treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as required, ensuring that clients receive timely support during difficult times.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to foster community support and strengthen therapeutic relationships.
