Role Overview We are seeking a licensed We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver personalized, one-on-one care to older adults in private residences and senior living communities, utilizing our Geriatric House Calls™ model. The role involves conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based therapy to enhance mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.
