Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs and develop customized rehabilitation plans tailored to each individual's goals and conditions.
• Utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including manual therapy techniques, movement-based interventions, and functional strength training, to address specific patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress closely and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans in response to patient feedback and clinical observations.
• Educate and empower patients by providing valuable insights on techniques to prevent re-injury and maximize recovery throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Document patient care activities meticulously in our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses, to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in New York State.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred but not mandatory for this role.

• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care with a focus on evidence-based methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to educate patients effectively.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
