Your Mission in Action:

In this role, you will serve as the organization's Full Charge Bookkeeper, overseeing all aspects of daily bookkeeping and supporting the financial needs of the organization. You will maintain accurate financial records, process transactions, reconcile accounts, assist with reporting, and perform a variety of accounting and administrative functions as business needs require. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, adaptability, and a commitment to ensuring efficient and reliable financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full accounting cycle, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and process checks, ACH payments, and other disbursements.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and financial reporting.
• Coordinate annual audits and required regulatory filings.
• Partner with leadership and staff to provide timely financial information and support organizational needs.
• Perform additional accounting and bookkeeping duties as needed to support the organization.

Travel: This position does not typically require travel.
