Recruiter - $1500 Sign-on-Bonus

The Role You\'llPlay to Create Success We are eager to announce a full-time, onsite, Recruiter position onsite at one of our Staffing Offices in Tampa and Clearwater, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by consulting, sourcing, and recommending candidates to client organizations. Leverages experience to source and screen top talent using industry leading recruiting tools, ATS and social media platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc. Builds relationships with top candidates and establishes a pipeline of qualified resources. Conducts personal interviews via phone, video and in-person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions with our clients. Prepares and facilitates candidate interviews with clients and follow-up debriefing. Performs thorough reference checks. Negotiates pay rates. Engages with support team, which handles onboarding, to stay focused on recruiting and building the candidate pipeline. Maintains timely, compliant and accurate documentation and metrics requirements on all activity related to prospects, clients, and candidates via the FCS database systems. Bilingual in English/ Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement. Onsite only, this role is not hybrid or remote. Agency recruiting experience preferred. Yearly salary, plus bonus and commission. $1,500 sign‑on bonus. The Attributes We Seek Keys to success in this position include exceptional customer service, written, listening and communication skills, and time management and organization skills. Knowledge of ATS and CRM functions, staffing industry‑recruiting, recruitment practices, labor laws, and company service and products. In addition, a bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent years of experience, two (2) years of staffing industry‑recruiting experience and a proven track record of placing candidates.
