Work Environment\n

This position is predominantly remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring accessibility to our school partnerships in Grand Prairie, Texas. You will utilize digital platforms to engage with clients and gather relevant insights from educators and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to meet the needs of assigned clients experiencing major mental illness or severe emotional disorders.

• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute to collaborative care planning and goal setting.
\n
• Develop and implement integrated care plans that ensure access to appropriate support services, while maintaining documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards.

• Monitor student progress through continuous evaluations and adjustment of therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, utilizing established protocols to ensure safety and well-being for all clients.
\n
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and screenings, as well as arrange for additional assessments if required.
\n
• Maintain effective communication with clients, families, and associated providers to foster trust and ongoing support.
\n
• Execute timely and accurate completion of case notes and reports in compliance with organizational guidelines.
\n
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committee meetings aimed at enhancing service delivery across the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children and adolescents in the school environment who face various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma-related disorders. Your goal is to promote emotional well-being and academic success by helping students navigate their mental health journeys and equipping them with coping strategies and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting with a focus on mental health, preferably with children and adolescents.

• Strong understanding of assessment, diagnostic, and treatment methodologies related to mental health.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve client-focused outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
