Production Supervisor

Title: Production Supervisor
Location: 9701 Old Statesville Road, Charlotte, NC, USA, 28269
Duration: 12+ Months
Rate: $46/hr on W2
2nd shift hours are 4:30pm to 1:00am with overtime after the shift.
Supervisors must arrive at least 20 minutes before their shift and will be here after until their reports are done
Job Specific Requirements :
Senior Production Supervisor, 2nd shift
About this role
This role is responsible for leading daily operations across air-cooled chiller assembly lines within the value stream.
This role owns safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance on shift, driving execution through frontline leadership, standard work, and disciplined problem-solving.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles (standard work, 5S, kaizen, visual management)
- Familiarity with brazing, leak testing, electrical systems, and final test processes
- Experience with MES systems and production tracking tools.
- Proven ability to lead frontline teams in a fast-paced, high-mix environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
