Job Opening Summary
The HR Credentialing Associate is responsible for maintaining the credentials for all hospital jobs that require licensure, registration or certification. Job responsibilities will also include ensuring contract staff have the proper documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
Job Opening Qualifications
Required Education: Associate's degree Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree Required Licensure/Certifications: N/A Preferred Licensure/Certifications: N/A Required Experience: 1-2 years Human Resources Experience Preferred Experience: N/A Necessary Skills: 1. Ability to read and write English. 2. Ability to work independently and use critical thinking skills. 3. Attention to detail. 4. Understanding and prior experience with HRMS computer systems used at UF Health Jacksonville. 5. Strong knowledge of policies and procedures in general HR administration. 6. Strong knowledge of The Joint Commission and other regulatory standards for HR file maintenance. Age of Patients Served: N/A
