Senior Director, Clinical Science, Early-Stage Clinical Development

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Director of Clinical Science to lead clinical development strategy and execution for oncology molecules in early-stage clinical trials. Responsibilities

• Lead clinical science strategy and clinical documentation for development program
• Oversee clinical trial design, site selection, patient recruitment, and data management
• Conduct medical and safety data reviews and manage study reporting
• Align efforts across scientific, regulatory, and commercial functions
• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional clinical development team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences plus advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MSN, MPH, or equivalent)
• Minimum 7+ years clinical development experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or academic settings
• Early-phase drug development experience and understanding preferred
• Clinical trial design, site management, and regulatory compliance expertise
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading and mentoring clinical development teams
