Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history, co-occurring disorders, and overall mental health status.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and underlying mental health concerns, ensuring the integration of evidence-based methodologies.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to foster a supportive and engaging atmosphere for client healing.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists and social workers, to coordinate care and monitor client progress.
• Educate and involve clients' families in the recovery process to enhance support systems and foster healthy dynamics.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW, or PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits
