Workplace Experience Coordinator - Level 1

We are looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator - Level 1 to support daily front desk and workplace operations in Frisco, TX. This contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, coordinating office services, and ensuring meeting and event spaces are ready for use. The person in this role will help maintain a smooth on-site experience for employees, guests, and vendors while delivering responsive customer service. This assignment is expected to last 2 months, with potential for extension.Responsibilities:• Welcome visitors and employees at the reception area, provide a helpful first point of contact, and manage visitor access in line with site security practices.• Sort and distribute incoming mail, issue visitor and parking passes, and support everyday workplace service requests with accuracy and timeliness.• Prepare meeting rooms and event spaces by arranging furniture, organizing supplies, and handling setup and breakdown activities for scheduled functions.• Move chairs, tables, equipment, and other office furnishings as needed to adjust workspaces and support changing business requirements.• Coordinate on-site events by confirming space readiness, overseeing room resets, and ensuring materials are delivered where needed.• Submit and monitor janitorial or maintenance requests and work with internal teams or service providers to resolve facility-related needs.• Assist with office support tasks such as supply coordination, mail services, and onboarding logistics for new arrivals to the workplace.• Respond to employee and guest questions or concerns in a courteous manner, identify practical solutions, and escalate issues when appropriate.• Work closely with outside vendors and building contacts to help maintain consistent workplace services and safe building operations.
