Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs to support the professional development and continuous learning of employees
- Develop training programs and instructional resources to meet organizational needs
- Assess training and development needs through job shadowing, interviews, and consultation with managers
- Create training materials and instructional content
- Oversee the delivery of training programs, both in-person and online
- Facilitate leadership development courses for field and office, adapting delivery depending on audience
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with department heads and leadership team to align training programs and leadership development strategies with organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with relevant training standards and regulations
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and training technologies
- Monitor and report on training outcomes and employee progress
Essential Education and Qualifications:
- Degree in Organizational Development, HR, or Learning and Development, or related field
- 5+ years experience in training and development
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in organizational development
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to build partnerships and influence leaders at all levels and guide leadership development decisions throughout the business

Pay Range: $75,000-$95,000
