Remote Regional Director of Hotel Sales - 6-Hotel Growth
Gillis Sales
Gillis is seeking a Regional Director of Sales (RDOS) to lead outbound and proactive sales for six hotels across Canada and the USA. This is a home-based role reporting to the Executive Director of Sales Performance, with travel 2–4 times per year.
The role offers a base salary of $70K USD, quarterly incentives, and an annual profit-sharing bonus, along with 31 paid days off and comprehensive benefits.
