Position Overview

The Department of Neurology at our organization is inviting applications for the role of Child Neurologist at the Assistant Professor level. The successful candidate will engage in the care of children experiencing neurological conditions in both inpatient and outpatient environments. To qualify for this tenure-track position, applicants should exhibit a strong commitment to a career in academic medicine and demonstrate excellence in two areas that align with the tenure requirements of the School of Medicine. Preference will be given to those with a focus on Movement Disorders.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess an MD, MD/PhD, DO, or an equivalent terminal degree, and should be board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology with a specialization in child neurology at the time of hiring. Fellowship training in a relevant area is highly preferred. Demonstrated academic productivity is also greatly valued.
