Work Environment

You will work onsite in our state-of-the-art facility located in Stafford, VA, where we focus on holistic healing and rehabilitation practices. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapeutic care to patients, ensuring tailored treatment plans that address their unique goals and rehabilitation needs.
• Manage a reasonable caseload that allows you to dedicate ample time and focus to each patient, enhancing their rehabilitation experience.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic care to deliver non-invasive treatments aimed at improving patients' mobility and overall wellness.
• Implement a variety of evidence-based intervention strategies, including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques, to promote healing.
• Develop comprehensive care plans and fitness programs customized to fit the specific needs of each patient.
• Motivate patients throughout their recovery process, helping them stay compliant with treatment and dental exercises to achieve their recovery goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and treatment outcomes using Electronic Medical Records (EMR), particularly Web PT.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure cohesive patient care and optimal treatment outcomes.
• Continuously assess and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on outcomes and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves individuals recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, sports-related issues, and post-operative rehabilitation, catering to a diverse range of ages and activity levels. You will have the opportunity to work with patients of all backgrounds, utilizing your skills to help them regain their independence and confidence in their physical abilities.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Hold an active Physical Therapist license with no history of sanctions or disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and modalities.
• Exceptional ability to design and implement effective exercise regimens tailored for individual patient needs.
• Comfortable utilizing EMR systems, with a preference for experience with Web PT for documentation purposes.
• Current knowledge of physical therapy best practices and commitment to continued professional development.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an outpatient setting, particularly within sports medicine.
• Experience with hands-on therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• A strong history of achieving positive patient outcomes via tailored rehabilitation strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, depending on experience, reflecting the value you bring to our team.
