Communications Coordinator

Join an award-winning architectural design firm with a national practice. Current projects include performing arts facilities, concert halls, university buildings, and large-scale urban mixed‑use buildings. We are looking for a person with an interest in art and architecture with exceptionally strong writing, communication, and organizational skills. Previous experience in an architectural office is not required. The successful candidate will directly support the preparation of marketing materials, client and project presentations, and lecture materials. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Developing and maintaining marketing systems and records Producing proposals, coordinating proposal and presentation materials, and managing deadlines and submittals Assisting with award submissions and other public facing materials Working to ensure quality materials are submitted and delivered on time across multiple deadlines This role involves daily collaboration with Principals, Associate Principals, Project Managers, and colleagues at associate firms in a deadline‑driven environment. Requirements: Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) preferred Excellent time management skills Bachelor's degree Schedule: This position requires being present in the Boston office for at least three days per week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
