Seeking a Senior Account Director based in Texas, the full-time remote position will manage key client relationships, drive strategic growth initiatives, and identify new business opportunities within the IT sector. Key responsibilities Build long-term trusting relationships with clients and present the company to potential clients through meetings Create Account Plans and regularly report on revenue and headcount growth results to the Global Account Manager Conduct market research to identify upselling opportunities and prepare presentations on appropriate services Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in sales executive/client partner/engagement manager roles in the IT/Tech industry Experience in customer relationship management with a proven track record of closing deals Previous experience as a Software Engineer or a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field is a plus Must be based in Texas, preferably in the Houston area Familiarity with the oil and gas (Energy) or SaaS industries is advantageous
