Project Business Analyst & HCD Researcher

What you'll do Business Analysis & Requirements Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and SMEs to uncover real needs. Translate complex business problems into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Map current‑state processes and highlight gaps, risks, and inefficiencies. Shape backlog and roadmap across multiple applications, prioritizing effectively. Ensure requirements align with business goals, regulatory standards, and enterprise architecture. Human‑Centered Design & User Research Plan and conduct user research from interviews to usability testing. Recruit, schedule, and coordinate sessions with a diverse community of 500+ participants. Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights. Create personas, service blueprints, and experience maps. Advocate for users and accessibility throughout project lifecycle. Project Support Create project charters, business cases, and communications. Support change management, training, and adoption for new features. Track and report KPIs, research outcomes, and usage trends. Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder meetings. What we'd like you to have Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. 2+ years as a Business Analyst, UX/HCD Researcher, or similar role managing multiple projects. Proficiency in requirements analysis, process modeling, and documentation. Hands‑on experience conducting HCD research and usability testing. Ability to explain complex ideas to engineers and executives. Comfortable with Agile/Scrum (user stories, backlogs, ceremonies). Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and facilitation skills. Capacity to manage many tasks across a large user community. What would blow us away Experience with enterprise‑scale applications or systems with 500+ users. Knowledge of accessibility guidelines, service design, or UX/UI principles. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Mural/Miro, Figma, Qualtrics, or similar tools. Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PSM/CSM, or UX/HCD credentials. Curiosity and habit of questioning assumptions.
