As a 24/7 complete restoration company, we take pride in treating every customer with respect, responsiveness, and care—from the smallest service call to the largest restoration project.The Business Development Manager is the backbone of our sales teams and plays a key role in driving growth for Paces Restoration. Based out of the Stockbridge office and reporting directly to the General Manager, this role oversees the Business Development Representative and Emergency Assistance Sales teams while supporting referral partnerships, sales strategy, and team performance.Qualifications3-5 years of outside sales experience preferred, but not requiredExperience in the restoration industry, property management, multifamily housing, insurance, or agency sales is a plusStrong business development skills with a focus on building long-term referral relationshipsSelf-starter with a strong sense of accountability, drive, and follow-throughExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsDemonstrated ability to work with people at a variety of levels in an organizationComputer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRM tools, and related business softwareKey ResponsibilitiesManage all BDR/EA Sales teamsManage all customer relations for after hour emergencies or catastrophic eventsManage all relationships with fire departments in our surrounding 50-mile rangeManage/maintain all contract agreements with municipalities for EA response servicesCreate new contracts with municipalities for EA response servicesManage after hours dispatch for the sales team(s)Work with department managers/employees to create seamless transitions for a better customer experienceTriage General Manager and/or Department Leaders in any/all major storm eventsCompensation and PerksBase salary of $50,000Commission potential of $20,000Company vehicle, cell phone, laptop, credit cardExpense accountFull health benefits (medical/dental/vision with options for supplemental insurance) at 30-days of employment401k retirement plan with company match (up to 4%)Accrued paid time off (based on years of service) and paid holidaysPaces Restoration is an at-will employer.
