This position allows for a flexible remote work environment, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 7 PM, with options for 4x10 or 5x8 shifts to help you create a schedule that fits your lifestyle. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and interviews to gather social, personal, and health information about clients.

• Provide individual, group, couple, and family psychotherapy or counseling tailored to the specific challenges that clients face.

• Implement evidence-based treatment strategies to evaluate and address emotional and behavioral health issues, including crisis intervention when necessary.
\n
• Collaborate with clients to develop and execute personalized treatment plans that meet their social and emotional needs.
\n
• Facilitate access to community resources and additional support services, empowering clients to achieve their health goals.
\n
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with established protocols.

• Participate in clinical team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and enhance treatment strategies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest trends and best practices in mental health care.

• Act as a liaison between clients and external agencies to coordinate services effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance abuse issues, family dynamics, and grief counseling. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in helping these individuals navigate their struggles and achieve healthier lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in mental health or a closely related field is required.

• Proven experience in providing counseling for a range of behavioral health issues, including but not limited to mood disorders and substance dependencies.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trusting and respectful relationships with clients.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a dynamic caseload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, the position includes a sign-on bonus, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and generous paid time off, including holidays and vacation days.
