Candidates can choose between a 4x10 or a traditional 5x8 schedule, with hours ranging from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, couple, and family therapy sessions to address mental health and emotional challenges.

• Perform comprehensive client interviews to gather and analyze social, personal, and health history to inform treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement treatment plans based on thorough assessments that align with the clients’ specific needs.

• Facilitate cognitive and behavioral interventions, including crisis resolution and referrals to appropriate community services.

• Maintain a supportive and trusting relationship with clients, fostering an environment conducive to open communication and healing.

• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and adjust treatment plans as needed based on client progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n
