The ideal candidate will hold valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW and will have at least two years of relevant experience in the mental health field.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions to support individuals and families dealing with various emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family counseling sessions through our telehealth platform based on each client’s treatment plan.

• Create and revise treatment plans, including setting appropriate goals tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Document all therapy services accurately and consistently, adhering to both facility policies and professional standards.

• Maintain and manage your assigned caseload effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and continuity of care.

• Engage in regular treatment team meetings to collaborate with fellow staff and healthcare professionals in the best interest of client care.

• Uphold a professional demeanor, demonstrating empathy and understanding in client interactions.
\n
• Address any concerns clients may have regarding their treatment or service delivery in a timely and effective manner.

• Emphasize client safety as a top priority, ensuring a healthy and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Perform additional functions as assigned by management that align with organizational goals and client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including adolescents and adults, who may be experiencing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, and other mental health issues. Your role will emphasize building strong therapeutic relationships to foster trust and effective communication with clients, ensuring they feel supported and empowered in their journey towards mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related human services field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• Demonstrated experience providing mental health counseling and support to adults, children, and families across diverse backgrounds.

• Strong understanding of treatment methodologies and the ability to implement evidence-based practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is required, candidates with backgrounds in trauma-informed care, family therapy, or working with specific populations such as at-risk youth or clients with chronic mental health conditions will be given preference. Familiarity with telehealth practices is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
