Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, including their severity and impact on daily functioning.

• Work collaboratively with clients to design personalized treatment plans that align with their individual goals and preferences.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorders effectively.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions and treatment options, equipping them with strategies for self-care and recovery.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress throughout treatment, making data-driven adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.

• Maintain open communication with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated treatment approaches, promoting comprehensive care.

• Document all sessions, assessments, and treatment plans accurately and confidentially in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals experiencing various mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• Extensive knowledge and expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities related to mood disorders, specifically CBT and DBT.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology to collaboratively work with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.

• Demonstrated success in treating mood disorders with a track record of positive client outcomes.

• Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to establish rapport with a diverse array of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with prior experience working in outpatient settings or with diverse populations will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be a plus, as it contributes to efficient documentation and coordination of care. Further, experience in providing telehealth services can facilitate a seamless transition to remote work.

Compensation and Benefits\n
