Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Primary Coverage: Franklin & Columbus, IN | Some Coverage in Greenwood

What You'll Do

Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes

Complete comprehensive patient assessments

Develop and implement individualized care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and wound care

Educate patients and families on disease management and wellness

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team

Complete accurate and timely documentation

What We're Looking For

Active Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license

Home health experience preferred (but not required)

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and organization

Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
