Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the specific needs of patients, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans that accurately address their challenges.

• Offer education on mental health topics, treatment modalities, and navigate available community resources with patients and their families.

• Maintain accurate and secure documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of patient information.

Qualifications\n

• Hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possess current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of mental health disorders and proficiency in applying evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Have the ability to assess patient needs comprehensively and develop effective, individualized treatment strategies.

• Show experience in delivering therapy services to varied populations, displaying cultural competency.

• Understand and maintain ethical boundaries and professional standards within the therapeutic relationship.

• Be proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and necessary technology for documenting and managing patient information.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
