Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic illness.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the use of specialized equipment to assist clients in pain management and mobility enhancement.
• Regularly document patient progress and treatment responses, ensuring that records are kept up-to-date and accessible for review.
• Reassess and modify treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing patient evaluations and progress toward therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment protocols and provide training on the use of assistive devices to promote independence.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, peer networking, and industry literature to ensure the highest standard of care.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possess a current state license to practice physical therapy.

• Proficiency in technology, including word processing and documentation software.
• Flexibility and adaptability to different scenarios and patient needs.

Preferred Experience

While previous experience is not required, we prefer candidates with at least two years of clinical experience in physical therapy, particularly in home care settings. Additionally, holding a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) designation along with a current CPR certification is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
