Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized video consultations with clients, focusing on enhancing their mental health and well-being.

• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in establishing clear, achievable goals for their mental health journey.

• Utilize our proprietary Counselor Dashboard to manage client interactions, facilitate live sessions, and ensure best practices in therapy delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

All clients served by our counselors are screened for stability and low acuity levels. They are primarily stable adults seeking to manage life stressors, improve coping mechanisms, and achieve personal goals. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and fully licensed as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in good standing to practice independently without supervision.
