Position Overview We are seeking an energetic and positive Full‑time Customer Service Representative to join our team at Store #1709, 213 Business Loop 70 E., Columbia, MO 65203. This entry‑level role offers great potential for the right person. Responsibilities Complete cash transactions for customers. Initiate customer loans. Contact customers about past‑due payments. Work rotating shifts, including some Saturdays; Sundays are off. Requirements Excellent customer service skills. Cash‑handling experience. Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment. Safe, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Reliable attendance. At least 18 years of age.
