Immediate need for our client in Novi for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their team. The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while answering incoming calls, troubleshooting customer needs, scheduling service appointments and dispatching technicians efficiently. This is a fast-paced environment and requires excellent communication skills.

This is a contract to hire opportunity.

The hourly starting rate is $20.00.

The position is on-site, Monday – Friday, 7:30 am-4:30 pm or 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Customer Service Representative Duties:

• Answering inbound calls
• Transfer and dispatch calls to Field Technicians
• Scheduling service calls
• Data Entry
• Other office tasks as necessary

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• 2+ years of Recent Office experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Solid data entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
