Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT with Phoenix Rise Counseling, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients and developing tailored treatment plans that address individual and family needs.

• Providing counseling sessions to couples, families, and individuals, both in group settings and one-on-one.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflict resolution, and communication difficulties.

• Tracking and documenting client progress while adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
\n
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a diverse clientele, including adults and children/adolescents. You will specialize in providing support to families facing challenges such as separation and divorce, blended family dynamics, and interpersonal conflicts. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
