Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Executive Business Partner will collaborate with executives to streamline operations, manage calendars, and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and project management. Key responsibilities Coordinate and manage shifting calendars, ensuring alignment with priorities and addressing conflicts Utilize AI and automation to improve workflows, accelerate research, and reduce busywork Oversee project tracking and follow up on key initiatives to meet deadlines and anticipate needs Required qualifications 4-7 years of experience in analytics, operations, program management, project management, product management, or executive support Proficiency in AI tools and a strong understanding of their applications in daily workflows Familiarity with collaboration tools like Notion and Slack, project management platforms like Asana, and CRMs like HubSpot Experience in guiding or mentoring team members while fostering a collaborative culture Strong communication skills with a focus on professionalism and discretion
