Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, ensuring accurate diagnoses and the development of tailored treatment plans.

  • Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions to individuals, groups, and families, employing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques.

  • Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including case managers, psychiatrists, and support staff, to facilitate a holistic approach to each client's care.

  • Provide crisis intervention support as needed, demonstrating empathy and expertise to de-escalate urgent situations and empower clients during challenging moments.

  • Engage actively in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues and reducing stigma, including workshops and educational presentations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

  • An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is also acceptable.

  • A master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and engage effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

  • A demonstrated commitment to cultural competency and sensitivity, capable of effectively interacting with clients from various backgrounds.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to maintain accurate documentation and provide timely follow-ups.

  • Experience working in a telehealth environment is preferred, with familiarity in relevant technology and virtual therapy platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on your level of experience and credentials.
