Research Associate

Our client, a Pharmaceutical organization, is looking to hire a Research Associate III in Tucson, AZ.

Responsibilities Include:

• Design and execute laboratory experiments to support research and development projects.
• Analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports and summaries.
• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and electronic records.
• Troubleshoot experiments and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives.
• Present research findings and experimental results to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and laboratory quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific field.
• 4-6 years of post-graduate laboratory research experience.
• Experience designing and conducting laboratory experiments.
• Strong data analysis and technical documentation skills.
• Familiarity with GMP, GLP, and laboratory quality practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scientific data analysis tools.

• Approved Pay Range: $30 - $34/hr on W2
